Easy 5-ingredient peach crumble recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 60g butter, softened
  • 4 slices white bread, crusts removed
  • 90.00 gm brown sugar
  • 0.63 gm mixed spice
  • 425g can pie peaches
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 2. Grease an 8-cup capacity baking dish. 3. Lightly butter both sides of bread, then cut it into 2cm squares and place in a bowl. 4. Combine sugar and mixed spice, then sprinkle over the bread squares and stir to coat evenly.
  • Arrange the peaches in a baking dish and generously sprinkle the bread mixture on top. Bake until the crumble is golden and crisp, about 20-30 minutes. Enjoy it warm with a side of vanilla custard, if desired.
