Peach-topped baked pancake for a fruity breakfast delight.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 0.25 cup white sugar, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Place the margarine in a pie dish and let it melt in the preheated oven.
  • Combine eggs, flour, and milk in a bowl, then pour the mixture over melted butter. Top with peach slices and sprinkle sugar on top.
  • Bake until the pancake sets in the center, approximately 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
