Deliciously easy peanut butter cake with simple peanut butter frosting!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.66670000553131 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 (16 ounce) package confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then generously grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.
  • Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl. Create a well in the center and add milk, oil, eggs, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly, then pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Place the cake in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool before serving.
  • For the frosting: Mix 1 cup of peanut butter and confectioners' sugar in a large bowl. Add vanilla, then milk until it reaches your preferred consistency. Spread on the cake.
