Gluten-free cookie recipe for all cookie lovers!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • Mix peanut butter, sugar, and eggs in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
  • Scoop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them two inches apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow to cool on the sheets briefly, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in airtight containers for up to a week.
