Peanut Butter Cookie and Chocolate Sandwich Bars

Indulgent peanut butter cookie bars with rich chocolate, almonds, and toffee. Perfect for a quick and delicious treat!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pouches (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 bars (4.24 oz each) milk chocolate with almonds and toffee chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick pans).
  • Combine cookie mix, oil, water, and eggs in a large bowl, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  • Spread half of the dough on the bottom of an ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Line up squares of broken chocolate bars in rows on top of the dough. Spread the remaining dough on top to cover the chocolate.
  • Bake until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows to make bars.
