Irresistible no-bake peanut butter energy bites for a quick protein boost on-the-go.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats (such as British Class®)
  • 0.33333334326744 cup cocoa nibs
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (such as Cool Runnings®)
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, quick cooking oats, cocoa nibs, honey, and vanilla extract. Use a tablespoon to scoop out small portions and shape into balls with your hands.
