Peanut butter bars with a delicious oatmeal crust.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup peanut butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Combine oats, brown sugar, and white sugar in a medium bowl. Mix in melted butter until fully incorporated. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in the microwave or using a heat-proof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Spread over the crust and cool before cutting into squares.
