Indulgent peanut butter trail mix bars bursting with granola, seeds, cranberries, and bran cereal - a delicious treat for peanut butter enthusiasts.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups granola
  • 2 cups whole bran cereal
  • 1 cup instant nonfat dry milk
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.75 cup almonds
  • 0.75 cup raisins
  • 0.25 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1.5 cups peanut butter
Instructions:
  • Combine granola, bran cereal, dry milk, cranberries, sunflower seeds, almonds, raisins, and flax seeds in a large bowl and mix well.
  • In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, bring honey, brown sugar, and salt to a boil. Remove from heat.
  • Combine creamy peanut butter and fragrant vanilla extract into the sweet honey mixture, stirring until smooth and fully incorporated.
  • Combine the peanut butter-honey mixture with the dry ingredients, stirring until fully mixed.
  • Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment or waxed paper and firmly press the mixture into the pan.
  • Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before slicing into bars.
