Classic Asian dipping sauce, perfect for any banquet.
Ingredients:
  • 4.60 gm peanut oil
  • 1 long red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
  • 130.00 gm crunchy peanut butter
  • 270ml can coconut milk
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
  • 12.20 gm oyster sauce
  • 12.00 gm brown sugar
  • 31.50 gm lime juice
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat oil, then add chili and garlic, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant. Add peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Cook and stir for 10 minutes until smooth. Stir in lime juice and enjoy.
