"Vibrant ginger sauce made by warming peanut butter, sesame oil, and spices in a pan for a flavorful blend."
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced (white parts only)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 0.33333334326744 cup peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a large pot until al dente. Drain well.
  • In a small skillet, gently saute onions in oil until tender. Stir in ginger and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add peanut butter, soy sauce, water, vinegar, sugar, and red pepper flakes, then remove from heat.
  • Coat noodles in the delicious sauce and plate up to serve.
