Garlic butter and fresh mint peas - a crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 1kg frozen peas
  • 20g butter, chopped
  • 1 large garlic clove, crushed
  • 82.50 ml small fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
  • Cook the peas in a large saucepan according to the package instructions until tender. Drain and return them to the pan.
  • Combine butter and garlic with peas; season generously with salt and pepper. Gently mix until butter is melted and mixture is well incorporated. Serve in a bowl garnished with fresh mint leaves.
