Irresistible pecan pie recipe perfect for any occasion, easily adjustable for any group size.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package crescent rolls
  • 0.66666668653488 cup butter
  • 0.66666668653488 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1.5 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and effortlessly line a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan with parchment paper.
  • Unwrap crescent roll dough and evenly press into the bottom of the jellyroll pan, ensuring seams are sealed to form a single sheet of dough.
  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, stir in brown sugar until dissolved, then bring to a rolling boil for 1-2 minutes. Pour this luscious mixture onto the crust, sprinkle evenly with pecans, and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the edges of the crust turn golden brown.
  • Take out of the oven and generously sprinkle the luscious chocolate chips on top. Let it sit briefly, then gently distribute the chips evenly over the bars, being mindful not to disturb the layer below. Let the bars cool fully before slicing into squares or triangles.
