Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (170°C) for the perfect temperature.
  • Cream together butter, confectioners' sugar, and salt in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the flavorful pecans and aromatic vanilla. Gradually incorporate the flour until well blended. Use a teaspoonful of dough to shape into crescents. Arrange them on an ungreased baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven until the edges turn a beautiful golden brown, which should take about 15 to 30 minutes. Once slightly cooled, gently coat the cookies with a layer of extra confectioners' sugar for a sweet finish.
