Decadent treat with minimal flour, perfect with ice cream or sweet whipped cream filling.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666698455811 cup ground pecans
  • 0.33333298563957 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease the cookie sheets.
  • Stir all ingredients in a skillet over medium heat until well blended and warm. The mixture will be thin.
  • Using a teaspoon, place dollops of the cookie dough 3 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. (Limit to four or six cookies per sheet). Bake for five minutes, then allow to cool on the sheet for one minute.
  • Efficiently lift each cookie off with a spatula and wrap around the handle of a wooden spoon. If cookies become too brittle, briefly return to oven to soften. For optimal crispness, store in an airtight container.
