Indulge in irresistible pecan pie brownie bars that will leave you craving more!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 13x9-inch pan by spraying it with cooking spray or lining it with nonstick foil.
  • Mix brownie mix, oil, water, and 2 eggs in a medium bowl until smooth. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for approximately 24 minutes until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the pan's edge comes out clean.
  • Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and remaining 2 eggs in a large bowl. Mix with a whisk until smooth. Add pecans and pour the mixture over the partially baked brownie base.
  • Bake for 22 to 26 minutes until the topping is firm. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High for 45 to 60 seconds until the chocolate is smooth when stirred. Transfer the melted chocolate into a small resealable plastic bag. Cut a small hole in one corner of the bag and squeeze to drizzle the chocolate diagonally over the brownies. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes until the chocolate sets. To make 24 triangles, cut the brownies into 4 rows by 3 rows, then slice each piece in half diagonally.
