Lemon-dill aioli and pecan-crusted salmon for a burst of flavor and crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 0.5 medium lemon, juiced
  • 0.5 cup pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Cut the salmon into uniform pieces, if necessary. Gently dry with a paper towel. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Combine the creamy mayonnaise with zesty garlic, aromatic dill, and tangy lemon juice in a bowl. Don't forget to sprinkle in a touch of salt for the perfect balance of flavors.
  • Add the pecans to a food processor and pulse in 1-second bursts until a slightly chunky texture is achieved, ensuring it's not too powdery.
  • Lay the salmon on a baking sheet and generously top it with aioli and pecans until fully coated.
  • Cook the fish in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
