PEEPS® Christmas Cupcakes

Festive PEEPS® baking pack with fun marshmallow shapes for decorating cupcakes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Creamy White Frosting (or your favorite flavor)
  • 18 assorted Christmas PEEPS® brand marshmallow shapes
  • Christmas candy sprinkles or colored nonpareils
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line 24 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups. Prepare the cake batter according to package instructions and evenly distribute it among the muffin cups. Bake as directed for cupcakes, then let them cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to cooling racks. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Top 18 cupcakes with adorable PEEPS® marshmallows and a sprinkle of colorful sprinkles. Get creative and decorate the remaining 6 cupcakes to your liking.
