PEEPS® Christmas Tree Cookie Cups

Festive mini cookie cups are a delightful holiday treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
  • Water, oil and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 27 PEEPS® brand marshmallow trees
  • Shredded coconut, white candy sprinkles, coarse decorator sugar crystals, as desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare cookie dough following package instructions. Divide dough into 27 balls and place one in each ungreased mini muffin cup. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until edges are lightly golden brown.
  • Press the handle of a wooden spoon into the center of each cookie cup. Let them cool in the muffin cups for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely for about 15 minutes.
  • Transfer the frosting into a resealable plastic bag and snip off one corner. Squeeze the frosting into the center of each cookie cup. Top each cup with a marshmallow tree and garnish as you like.
