Indulge in a mouthwatering lemon pepper steak for a satisfying BBQ fix. Pair with salad, mashed potatoes, or veggies for a perfect weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 ml cracked black pepper
  • 82.50 ml finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 20.00 ml finely grated lemon rind
  • 82.50 ml horseradish cream
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 8 (150g each) beef scotch fillet steaks
  • olive oil cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Mix pepper, parsley, and lemon zest on a plate. Combine horseradish and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Coat one side of each steak with the piquant horseradish blend, then press that side into the zesty pepper mix. Repeat this process with the rest of the horseradish and pepper mixes.
  • Preheat a barbecue plate or chargrill on medium-high. Spray steaks with oil and cook for 2 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until desired level of doneness. Transfer steaks to a platter, cover with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
