Season steaks with salt and lemon pepper, marinate in beer, then grill for juicy perfection!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (1/2 pound) rib-eye steaks, or steak of choice
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 2 (12 fluid ounce) cans or bottles beer of choice
Instructions:
  • In a large shallow container with a lid, place steaks. Season each side of the steaks with salt and lemon pepper. Pour beer over the steaks gently, ensuring the seasoning remains intact. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Get your outdoor grill blazing hot and give the grate a light coating of oil to prevent sticking.
  • Grill steaks over high heat, brush off excess beer marinade. Cook for 5 minutes per side, or to your liking.
