Ingredients:
  • 2 red onions, sliced
  • 60.00 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 48.00 gm brown sugar
  • 40.00 ml cracked black pepper
  • 4 beef T-bone steaks
  • 620g container baby potatoes with butter & parsley
  • 600g pkt steam fresh vegetables (such as corn, carrot & peas)
Instructions:
  • In a small frying pan over medium heat, sauté the onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add vinegar and brown sugar, then simmer on low for 10 more minutes.
  • Prepare the steak by gently coating it with oil and generously seasoning it with pepper. Heat up a chargrill or frying pan over a medium-high heat, then add the steaks. Cook them for 5 minutes on each side for a medium doneness, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • Cook the potatoes and vegetables as directed on the package.
  • Plate the steak individually on serving dishes and elegantly drizzle with the red onion and balsamic vinegar. Accompany with the potatoes and vegetables for a delightful presentation.
