Juicy sirloin with zesty vinaigrette on crisp romaine salad with tomatoes, peppers, red onions, green olives, and tangy blue cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 pounds beef sirloin steak
  • 0.33333334326744 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.75 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 8 cups romaine lettuce - rinsed, dried, and torn into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 0.5 cup sliced red onion
  • 0.25 cup sliced pimento-stuffed green olives
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill on high heat.
  • Brush the grill grate with a hint of oil. Grill the steak for 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your preferred level of doneness. Take it off the heat and allow it to rest until it's cool to the touch. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
  • Whisk olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Stir in the cheese, cover, and chill the dressing in the refrigerator.
  • Arrange chilled plates with crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, vibrant pepper, fresh onion, and flavorful olives. Top with succulent steak and generously drizzle with dressing. Serve alongside crusty grilled French bread for a delicious meal. Enjoy!
