Pepper steak with tomatoes

Indulge in fiery and succulent pepper steaks post-game for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 4 (250g each) beef sirloin steaks, trimmed
  • 40.00 ml cracked black pepper
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 500g truss cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch rocket, trimmed
  • potato salad, to serve
Instructions:
  • Coat both sides of the steaks with oil, then press them into the pepper on a plate to lightly coat.
  • Preheat your barbecue grill to medium-high heat, then grill steaks for 4 to 5 minutes per side for a medium cook or until done to your preference. Place them on a plate, cover with foil, and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  • Spritz tomatoes with oil and grill, turning occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
  • Plate rocket in an appealing manner. Accompany the steaks with vine-ripened tomatoes and a side of homemade potato salad.
