Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 4 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
  • 0.33333331346512 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried, crushed Mexican oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients needed for the recipe.
  • In a Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Lower heat to medium.
  • Combine a vibrant mix of tomatoes, onion, red bell pepper, water, cumin, garlic, garlic powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika for a burst of flavor in your dish.
  • Stir and simmer until the beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender, approximately 30 minutes.
