Peppermint Bark Chex Mix Marshmallow Bars - A delicious, no-bake treat with only 3 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (10.5-oz) miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 bags (10.5 oz) Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Peppermint Bark
Instructions:
  • Grease a 13x9x2-inch rectangular pan with butter. Combine marshmallows and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered on High for about 1 minute or until the mixture is smooth when stirred. Mix in the cereal and firmly press the mixture into the pan.
  • Allow to sit at room temperature for approximately 1 hour, or until it becomes firm. Slice into 6 rows by 4 rows, and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
