Impress guests at your next party with crispy, caramelized pizza cheese chips!
Ingredients:
  • 4 ounces low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese
  • 2 ounces Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 0.5 cup prepared pizza sauce
  • 30 slices pepperoni
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), and lay down a cozy sheet of parchment paper on a 13x18-inch half-sheet pan.
  • Grate provolone and mozzarella cheeses using the larger side of a box grater into a large bowl, then switch to the smaller side to grate Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Mix everything together by hand.
  • Using a tablespoon, evenly portion the cheese mixture into 12 circular mounds on the baking sheet. Ensure all three cheeses are in each scoop. Spoon about ¾ teaspoon of pizza sauce on top of each circle and finish with a slice of pepperoni.
  • Bake in the hot oven's center until cheese is melted and bubbly, for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Transfer the chips onto a wire rack to cool down. Replace the parchment paper on the baking sheet with a new sheet.
  • Continue baking the remaining 18 chips following the same steps.
  • Allow the chips to cool at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes, then remove from the parchment paper and serve.
