Cheesy pepperoni bread with a beautiful braided top.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (1 pound) loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 0.5 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 ounces sliced pepperoni sausage
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.33300000429153 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Press dough gently to release excess air bubbles. Roll out both loaves on a lightly floured surface into 20x8 inch rectangles. Transfer one rectangle onto a greased baking sheet. Spread spaghetti sauce in an 18x4 inch strip down the center. Sprinkle with oregano, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese. Fold the long sides of the dough up towards the filling, then set it aside. Cut the remaining rectangle into three strips, braid them loosely, and seal the ends. Place the braided bread on top of the cheese, pinching the braid to the dough to seal. Finish by sprinkling with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in a toasty oven until beautifully golden for about 30 minutes.
