Creamy cheesecake with a swirl of strawberry jam - delectably fruity and visually stunning!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 5 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup SMUCKER'S® Seedless Strawberry Jam
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, extending the foil over the sides of the pan. Combine cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and melted butter; press the mixture firmly onto the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in sour cream, then add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined. Pour over crust, then add spoonfuls of jam and swirl with a knife for a marble effect.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is almost set. Allow it to cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Use the foil handles to lift the cheesecake from the pan, then cut it into 16 pieces. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
