Quick and decadent chocolate molten puddings made in a Kmart pie maker in just 7 minutes, ideal for a spontaneous dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 180g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
  • 150g unsalted butter, chopped
  • 110g (1/2 cup) caster sugar
  • 50g (1/3 cup) plain flour
  • 4 eggs, lightly whisked
  • Cocoa powder, to dust
  • Vanilla ice-cream, to serve
  • Fresh raspberries, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over gentle heat, melt the chocolate and butter together, stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Take off the heat.
  • Combine the sugar, flour, and eggs with the chocolate mixture, whisking swiftly until smooth.
  • Preheat your pie maker until hot. Pour generous 1/3 cupfuls of the luscious chocolate mixture into each opening. Cook covered for 3-4 minutes until a delectable crust forms on the puddings. Sprinkle with cocoa powder, then present with a scoop of ice cream and fresh raspberries for a delightful treat.
