Create a delectable pie-maker breakfast pie with crispy bacon, eggs, and frozen potato gems - a modern twist on the classic McMuffin!
Ingredients:
  • 300g frozen potato gems
  • 4 middle bacon rashers
  • 2 cheese singles
Instructions:
  • Heat up your pie maker for 2 minutes or until it's hot.
  • Place 6 potato gems evenly between the 2 pie maker compartments. Close the pie maker and cook for 12 minutes. Gently press down with a fork to flatten into a bun shape, then cook for an additional 8 minutes.
  • Place 2 bacon rashers in one of the holes of the pie maker. Close the lid and cook for 3 minutes. Crack an egg into the other hole, close the lid, and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Assemble the dish by placing one potato gem 'bun' on a plate. Add bacon, followed by egg and cheese. Finish by placing another potato gem 'bun' on top, base-side down, and serve.
