Ingredients:
  • 2 x 7g sachets dry yeast
  • 5.00 gm caster sugar
  • 2.40 gm salt
  • 1000.00 ml plain flour
  • 75.08 gm olive oil
  • 91.58 gm tomato paste
  • 150g mozzarella
  • 150g double smoked ham, chopped
  • 120g cabanossi sticks
  • 200g pepperoni stick
  • 350g pineapple
  • 80g grated parmesan cheese
  • salad leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Whisk warm water, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large jug using a fork until frothy. Let it sit in a warm area for 5 to 10 minutes. In a large bowl, sift flour and make a well in the centre. Pour in the yeast mixture and oil, then mix to form a soft dough. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a cozy, oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow it to rest in a warm spot for about 30 minutes until it rises a bit.
  • 1. Preheat the oven to a piping hot 220°C and generously grease 2 large baking or pizza trays. Divide the dough in half and roll each portion into a deliciously thin 30cm round. Place these rounds on the prepared trays. Spread a generous layer of tomato paste over the pizzas, followed by a luscious mix of mozzarella, ham, cabanossi, pepperoni, pineapple, and a sprinkle of parmesan. Enjoy creating this mouthwatering masterpiece!
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until beautifully crisp and golden. Cut into tempting wedges and serve.
