Create quick, delicious pork burgers with only 5 ingredients. Elevate them with a slice of grilled pineapple for a tropical twist. Ready in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons dry applewood rub seasoning
  • 1 can (8 oz) pineapple slices in juice, drained and 2 tablespoons juice reserved
  • 4 onion or plain hamburger buns, split
  • 4 leaves lettuce
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Combine pork, seasoning, and 2 tablespoons of reserved pineapple juice in a bowl. Form 4 patties, each 1/2 inch thick, with the mixture.
  • Grill the patties over medium heat with the grill covered for 6 to 7 minutes, flipping once, until they are no longer pink in the center and a meat thermometer inserted in the middle reads 160°F. In the last 4 minutes of cooking, grill the pineapple slices, flipping once.
  • Layer lettuce, burger patty, and pineapple slice on the bottom buns, then top with the remaining buns.
