Pineapple-teriyaki baked pork chops for a simple and delicious weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.25 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 4 pineapple slices
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine the brown sugar, pineapple juice, and teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Marinate the pork chops with half of the mixture. Transfer the pork chops to a baking pan and top each chop with a pineapple slice. Pour the rest of the mixture over the chops.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until cooked through, for 35 to 45 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure each chop reaches 145°F (63°C).
