Creamy marshmallow fudge swirled with chopped pistachios and festive green coloring, a holiday treat!
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup evaporated milk
  • 2.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 2 cups marshmallow creme
  • 8 ounces vanilla-flavored candy coating
  • 1 cup chopped pistachio nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 drop green food coloring
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish by greasing it with your choice of oil or cooking spray.
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, simmer evaporated milk, sugar, and butter for 4 minutes. Take it off the heat, mix in marshmallow creme and candy coating, then add pistachios, vanilla, and a touch of food coloring. Adjust food coloring drops for the perfect hue.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan and let it cool down.
