Cheesy 'white' pizza bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pizza base (see related recipe)
  • 80g ricotta
  • 50g mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 50g provolone cheese, cubed (see notes)
  • 62.50 ml finely grated parmesan cheese (or vegetarian hard cheese)
  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Spread the base with a delicious mixture of ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan cheeses. Sprinkle with garlic and rosemary, then bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the base is crispy and the cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!
