Creamy mashed potato soup seasoned with salt and white pepper, perfect for a warm and comforting meal. Easy to make and even easier to enjoy either fresh or reheated.
Ingredients:
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • water to cover
  • 2 (12 fluid ounce) cans evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, generously cover the potatoes with water, ensuring they are submerged about 1 inch. Boil on high heat for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Keep the potatoes in the pot without draining.
  • Lower the heat and add evaporated milk and butter, mashing the potatoes in the pot. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
