Yogurt enhances dessert with its tangy deliciousness.
Ingredients:
  • 37.50 gm self-raising flour
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 40g butter, chopped
  • 33.00 gm rolled oats
  • 62.50 ml macadamia nuts, finely chopped
  • 825g can whole plums, drained, halved, stones removed
  • 250.00 ml vanilla yoghurt
  • 1.25 gm mixed spice
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced and generously grease four 1-cup ramekins.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together flour and sugar. Add butter and use your fingertips to rub it into the mixture until it looks like coarse breadcrumbs. Then, mix in oats and macadamias.
  • Arrange plums in ramekins, then generously coat with flour mixture. Bake until plums are heated through and the top is perfectly golden, about 12 to 15 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix yoghurt with mixed spice. Serve crumbles with the spiced yoghurt.
