Kid-friendly poke cake with jelly infusion for easy and impressive teatime delight.
Ingredients:
- 440g packet Golden Butter Cake
- 85g Original Raspberry Flavoured Jelly Crystals
- Fresh raspberries, to serve
Instructions:
- Bake butter cake in a 20cm square pan according to packet instructions. Allow to cool and then trim the top.
- Follow the instructions on the raspberry jelly crystals packet to prepare the jelly.
- Using a chopstick, create holes in the cake and carefully fill with the unset jelly. Cover the cake and refrigerate overnight.
- Spread the packaged icing over the top and garnish with fresh raspberries.
