Kid-friendly poke cake with jelly infusion for easy and impressive teatime delight.
Ingredients:
  • 440g packet Golden Butter Cake
  • 85g Original Raspberry Flavoured Jelly Crystals
  • Fresh raspberries, to serve
Instructions:
  • Bake butter cake in a 20cm square pan according to packet instructions. Allow to cool and then trim the top.
  • Follow the instructions on the raspberry jelly crystals packet to prepare the jelly.
  • Using a chopstick, create holes in the cake and carefully fill with the unset jelly. Cover the cake and refrigerate overnight.
  • Spread the packaged icing over the top and garnish with fresh raspberries.
