Adorably easy cookie recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • Flour, butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch for cutout cookies
  • 1/2 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 3 tablespoons coarse white sparkling sugar
  • 48 miniature marshmallows
  • 1 pouch (7 oz) Betty Crocker™ Decorating Cookie Icing chocolate icing
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, flour, butter, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into 24 balls measuring 1 1/2 inches each. Place them 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly golden on the edges. Allow to cool for 1 minute before transferring to a cooling rack. Let them cool completely.
  • **Transformed Step:** 1. Spread a luscious teaspoon of frosting on the cookie, then sprinkle sugar evenly, creating a sweet canvas. Gently flatten 2 miniature marshmallows for adorable ears, and press them onto the cookie. Use chocolate icing to artfully pipe eyes, nose, and mouth onto the cookie. Repeat these delightful steps with the rest of the cookies.
