"Wok cooking: fast, easy, and less cleanup!"
Ingredients:
  • 1 (about 300g) pork fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into thick wedges
  • 2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice
  • 9.20 gm peanut oil
  • 1 bunch broccolini, cut into 5cm pieces diagonally
  • 1 bunch baby choy sum, coarsely chopped
  • 1 bunch baby buk choy, washed, dried, quartered
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) oyster sauce
  • Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix the pork, onion, garlic, ginger, and Chinese five spice in a bowl. Heat half of the oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry one-third of the pork mixture for 2 minutes until browned. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat with the rest of the pork mixture in two more batches.
  • Heat the rest of the oil in the wok over high heat. Toss in the broccolini and stir-fry for 2 minutes until vibrant and slightly crisp. Add the pork mixture, choy sum, buk choy, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the buk choy is just wilted.
  • Divide the rice evenly among bowls, spoon the pork mixture on top, and enjoy!
