Delicious pork meatballs, packed with flavor - perfect for any party!
Ingredients:
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 chorizo sausage, finely chopped
  • 400g pork mince
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 250.00 ml fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1.25 gm smoked paprika
  • 125.00 ml finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • Roasted capsicum dip, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat 2 teaspoons oil. Sauté onion and chorizo for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until onion is softened. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before serving.
  • Mix together the mince, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, parsley, and chorizo in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then combine well. Roll the mixture into balls using level tablespoons and place them on a plate.
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the remaining oil. Cook the meatballs, turning occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes until they are browned and fully cooked. Serve with dip.
