Pork and pak choy fried rice

Quick stir-fried pork and pak choy with delicious Asian seasonings.
Ingredients:
  • 67.50 gm hoisin sauce
  • 42.00 gm light soy sauce
  • 4.50 gm white sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil
  • 500g pork mince
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 20.00 ml ginger, grated
  • 1 bunch pak choy, trimmed, shredded
  • 600.00 gm jasmine rice, cooked
  • 4 green shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  • 1. Heat oil over high heat in a large wok or frying pan. Sear pork, garlic, and ginger for 2 minutes until pork is browned. Stir in half of the shallots and cook for a minute. Mix in hoisin sauce and pak choy, stir-frying for 1 minute. Add rice, toss together for 2 minutes until heated through.
  • Garnish with the remaining shallots and coriander leaves before serving.
