A mouthwatering pork marinade that guarantees juicy results every time!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon whole black peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon mustard powder
  • 1 tray ice cubes
  • 2 pounds boneless pork chops
Instructions:
  • Pour the vinegar into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. In a sealable plastic container, mix together the salt, brown sugar, peppercorns, and mustard powder.
  • 1. Combine hot vinegar with the ingredients in a container and stir until dissolved. Allow the flavors to develop for 10 minutes before adding ice cubes. Cover and shake or stir until melted. Add pork chops to the brine, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Achieve perfect pork chops by pan-frying or grilling over medium-high heat for approximately 15 minutes, flipping once. Resulting in succulent and tender pork chops.
