Brine pork chops in dill pickle juice for a unique and delicious twist!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (6 ounce) center cut pork chops
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Place the pork chops in a shallow dish and generously drizzle them with pickle juice. Cover the dish and let it marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour, or for optimal flavor, marinate for 8 to 24 hours.
  • Before cooking, fire up the outdoor grill to a delicious medium-high heat and give the grate a light coat of oil. Then, say goodbye to the marinade by draining it from the pork chops.
  • Grill pork chops until cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes per side, reaching an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
