Succulent pork sliders with tangy peach aioli, infused with tarragon and Sriracha® - ideal for any occasion, from dinner to game nights to tailgating.
Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons chopped peaches
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®)
  • 8 ounces ground pork
  • 0.25 cup applesauce
  • 3 tablespoons plain panko bread crumbs
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 slider-size burger buns
Instructions:
  • Blend ripe peaches, creamy mayonnaise, aromatic tarragon, and a teaspoon of spicy chile-garlic sauce in a food processor until velvety smooth, approximately 1 minute. Chill the aioli in the refrigerator until you're prepared to serve.
  • Get your outdoor grill ready by preheating it to medium-high heat and giving the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Combine ground pork, applesauce, bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon chile-garlic sauce, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper in a bowl. Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized burger patties.
  • Grill the burgers until they reach an internal temperature of at least 160°F (70°C), approximately 3 minutes per side.
  • Slather buns with aioli and stack with burgers.
