Delightful pulled pork sliders with cabbage and coriander, sure to impress!
Ingredients:
  • 480g pkt made easy slow cooked ready to pull pork
  • 18 (3 pkts) Brand white dinner rolls bake at home
  • 1/4 small wombok (Chinese cabbage), finely shredded
  • 1/4 baby red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, cut into matchsticks
  • 75g mayonnaise
  • 40.00 ml coriander, finely shredded
Instructions:
  • Shred the cooked pork using 2 forks.
  • Bake rolls according to package instructions, then allow them to cool slightly before proceeding.
  • Combine the cabbage, apple, mayonnaise, and coriander in a large bowl and gently toss together.
  • Split the top of each roll halfway through using a small serrated knife. Fill with pork and coleslaw, then arrange on a serving platter.
