Savory pork and vegetable rice, creamy and versatile. Perfect for busy nights and meal prep.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced in rings
  • 1 onion, sliced into rings
  • 5 pork chops
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to start creating delicious dishes!
  • In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the rice on the bottom. Sprinkle the dried onion soup mix over the rice. Combine mushroom soup with water and pour over the rice. Arrange bell pepper and onion slices on top. Place pork chops over the vegetables. Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil before baking.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour until the pork chops are fork-tender and the rice is cooked through.
