Succulent pork chops and vibrant veggies baked to perfection for a delightful weekend meal.
Ingredients:
  • 6 center-cut pork chops
  • 6 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 2 onions, quartered
  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the pork chops in a roasting pan. Surround them with potatoes, onions, and carrots. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top, season with salt and black pepper, then pour beef broth over everything.
  • Cover the roasting pan and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, or until the pork chops are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
