Family-friendly meal featuring juicy pork chops with maple-glazed roasted veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 500g pkt Roasting Vegetables with Garlic & Rosemary
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 4 Pork Forequarter Chops
  • 400g brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 green apples, cored, halved, thickly sliced
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • Rosemary leaves, to sprinkle
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200C. Toss the roasting vegetables with oil in a large baking dish. Roast for 30 minutes.
  • Heat a generously oiled chargrill over high heat. Sear pork for 2 minutes on each side until beautifully browned.
  • Combine the brussels sprouts, apples, and pork in a baking dish. Drizzle with maple syrup before baking for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the pork is fully cooked.
  • Season the pork and vegetables generously and garnish with a sprinkle of fragrant rosemary before presenting.
