20-Minute Pork Chow Mein with Baby Broccoli and Shiitake - Irresistibly Delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 350g pkt fresh Singapore noodles
  • 500g Cook with Curtis Chinese Recipe Pork Mince
  • 27.60 gm vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch baby broccoli, thick ends of stems trimmed, halved lengthways
  • 100g fresh shiitake mushrooms, stems trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 3 spring onions, sliced, white and green parts divided
  • 80ml oyster sauce
Instructions:
  • Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Then, rinse the noodles under cold water and drain.
  • 1. Preheat a spacious non-stick frying pan over high heat. Cook pork by stirring constantly and breaking it into 3cm pieces for 4 minutes or until nicely browned. Then, transfer to a plate.
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan over high heat until sizzling. Stir-fry baby broccoli and mushrooms for 3 minutes until broccoli is tender. Toss in white parts of spring onions for 30 seconds. Reintroduce pork, noodles, oyster sauce, water, and half of the green spring onion parts. Stir to combine and heat through.
  • Distribute into bowls, sprinkle with the remaining green parts of spring onions, and enjoy.
